Buy your Conguillío National Park tickets: Conguillío National Park, the heart of the Araucanía Andina, is one of the most visited destinations in Chile. To ensure a safe and orderly visit, CONAF (Chile's National Forest Corporation) requires tickets to be bought in advance on a digital platform.

IMPORTANT! Tickets are never sold at the park entrances. You must bring your digital ticket already purchased.

1. The only official sales channel (advance purchase required)

The only way to get your ticket is through the official platform:

Steps:

  1. Sign up / log in: if it's your first time, create a user account on the platform. If you already have one, log in.
  2. Choose the park: search for and select "Parque Nacional Conguillío".
  3. Choose the date: enter the exact date of your visit.
  4. Choose the type and number of tickets: select the number of tickets for your category (Chilean adult, Chilean teen, foreign adult, etc.).

Note: prices vary by age and nationality. There are also special or free rates for children under 11, older adults (60+) and people with disabilities.

  5. Payment: complete your details and pay online (usually by debit card, credit card or Onepay).
  6. Get your digital pass: once you finish, you will receive your ticket with a QR code by email.

2. On the day of your visit: what to show

When you arrive at any park entrance (such as Captrén or Truful Truful), show your digital pass:

  • On your phone: show the QR code from your email or a download.
  • Printed (recommended): if your battery is low or there is no signal, a printed copy will save the day.

Entry hours: the last entry to Conguillío National Park is usually 14:00. The park opens at 08:30. Always check the current hours on the ticket platform!

3. Other things to know

  • Daily capacity: Conguillío National Park has a limited daily visitor capacity. In high season or on long weekends, passes can sell out several days in advance. We recommend buying as soon as you know your date.
  • Lodging and camping: the park ticket is for a day visit only. If you want to stay overnight at the campgrounds or cabins inside the park (run by Sendas Conguillío), you must book your lodging separately and still buy your daily ticket at pasesparques.cl.
  • For lodging: contact reservas@sendasconguillio.cl or check their website.
  • Connectivity: internet and cell signal are limited inside the park, especially in the interior. That is why having your ticket downloaded or printed is crucial.
